Eating healthy breakfast affects your eating habits into the evening. It also boost your metabolism & help you in weight-loss.

Smart choices for Healthy Breakfast :

-A high-fiber cereal (all bran or cornflakes or oatmeal(shofan) or coarse wheat bran (vitglden)+ an apple or banana + low-fat milk or plain yogurt provides good fiber and protein intake, plus calcium and potassium.

-fresh strawberries + low fat yogurt + honey + toast+ sliced almonds. These combination can help you feel full longer.

- low-fat milk or yogurt shake + splenda + any fresh fruit . It’s a meal that’s high in protein, dairy, and volume, and it’s very portable if you’re in a hurry.

-Scrambled egg (one whole egg and 2 egg white )+ whole-wheat toast +carrots slices side are high in protein and volume and make a great combination.

- Cottage cheese + olive oil + tomato + 7 almond or chashew nuts
2 slices of lean smoked turkey + 1 faragalla brown bread + cucumber slices. it’s a meal full of protein, fiber, and vitamin C.


-finally sliced fruit like apples or pears +a glass of skimmed milk + coffee is my best & most handy one
