Chicken Biryani
Ingredients • kg of chicken
• 2 onion
• 5 cloves garlic
• 2 tomatoes
• 3 tablespoons yogurt
• 3 green hot pepper seed
• ½ teaspoon salt
• ½ teaspoon black pepper
• ½ cup rice
• ½ teaspoon cumin
• ½ teaspoon dry coriander
• ½ teaspoon saffron
• ½ teaspoon cinnamon
• ½ teaspoon cloves
• 5 pills Hill
• bead Julngan
• water
• vegetable oil
Method 1. Hashes onions, tomatoes and garlic and grinding soaked rice in water
2. Yuhmur onions in oil, then add the garlic and chicken and then add spices and stir over a low fire
3. Add the tomatoes and stir until condense, then add yogurt and some of the water and then covering the pot and leave on low heat and simmer until chicken
4. Add the rice and covered with water by 1 cm and covered the pot and let simmer until the rice and then submit
